Kate Exley

Kate Obtained her Bachelors's Degree in Kinesiology-Athletic Therapy from the University of Calgary in 2016. She also obtained her Advanced Certificate in Athletic Therapy from Mount Royal University in 2016.

Kate completed her National Certification Exam in June 2017.

Kate enjoys working with clients of all types and takes a special interest in those with complex bio-mechanical or movement pattern impairment. She enjoys utilizing video analysis to show clients these movement impairments and working with manual therapy and exercise therapy techniques to improve the dysfunctions.
